4. MLS and IDX Data Usage

Property listings displayed on our website are provided through MLS data via IDX. By using this data, you agree to:

• Not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from MLS data
• Not use automated tools to scrape or harvest listing information
• Acknowledge that listing information may not be 100% accurate or current
• Understand that listings are subject to prior sale, price change, or withdrawal

MLS data is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in listing information.

5. Property Valuations

Property valuations provided through our platform are estimates based on algorithms, market data, and comparable sales. These valuations:

• Are NOT formal appraisals
• Should not be used for lending or legal purposes
• May not reflect actual market value
• Are provided for informational purposes only
• Should be verified by professional appraisers before making decisions

6. Prohibited Conduct
